GENERAL ELECTION DAY NOVEMBER 5, 2024
MARIANNE has a proven record for listening to constituents and caring about their concerns. She will continue to work hard to find solutions for YOU!
Marianne Salem has been a conservative voice in Mohave County since relocating to Kingman, Arizona, in 2007.
Marianne embarked on her county career in 2008, accumulating extensive experience as a 911 Call Center Dispatcher, Office Manager for the Public Defender's Office, and in the Juvenile Drug Court Department.
Moreover, she adeptly tackled and resolved issues and concerns for the constituents in District 4 and District 1 of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors for the past decade.
Marianne's next goal is to serve on the Mohave County Board of Supervisors to represent District 4 as an elected official to protect our Constitutional Rights, support Law Enforcement, crack down on Human Trafficking, fight for Water Rights, help our Veterans, keep schools focused on Traditional Education, and protect your Property Rights.
"I am writing to endorse Marianne Salem for the Mohave County Board of Supervisors District 4 position. I can attest to her dedication, leadership, and ability to take action.
Marianne has consistently shown her loyalty to Mohave County, understanding residents' challenges. She listens to all voices, and her visionary thinking, innovative strategies, and knowledge of the district will make her an effective voice on the Mohave County Board of Supervisors.

I endorse Marianne Salem for the Mohave County Board of Supervisors District 4, and I urge all voters to support Marianne and elect her to work tirelessly on behalf of our district."
Thank you, Arizona State Representative LEO BIASIUCCI, for your endorsement and support of my campaign for Mohave County Supervisor District 4!
I possess the fiscal conservatism & strong leadership skills needed to make decisive decisions & solve complex problems. Over the past 16 years, I have played an integral role in guiding the residents of Mohave County. I commenced my career at the Sheriff’s office as 911 a dispatcher and transitioned to Juvenile Drug Court before advancing to the Public Defender’s Office. I have held a pivotal position with the Board of Supervisors (BOS), enabling me to engage effectively at various BOS levels for 11 years.
I have held the elected positions on the Mohave County Fairgrounds Board of Directors, Kingman Republican Women Vice President, and Kingman Republican Women President. I am a Certified Public Manager and have completed the Dodie Londen Course of Excellence in Leadership.
What are the most important issues facing Mohave County?
The increase in crime has raised concerns about the safety of our communities. Residents need to have confidence in law enforcement's ability to promptly respond to any situation. Addressing funding for law enforcement will be one of my top priorities. As our community experiences significant growth, it's imperative to prioritize infrastructure development. Developers must also share the responsibility for ensuring the presence of adequate infrastructure.
The issue of water resources remains at the forefront of our discussions. The county has been actively striving to protect our water rights, and it's essential to continue this fight for the well-being of future generations.
How would you approach economic development in District 4, and what types of development would you like to see?
We need to prioritize responsible economic growth to ensure Mohave County's long-term prosperity. As growth is inevitable, we must take strategic measures to ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place. We should focus on creating an environment where small businesses can thrive and contribute to the county's economic vibrancy. The Mohave County General Plan is currently under review, and I will be involved at every step to review the goals and policies of the current plan. Inspections of new buildings are now a concern due to the number required and the length of time to get them done.
How would you reduce spending in Mohave County?
Within Mohave County, I have identified specific areas for potential spending reductions. It is imperative that we request detailed monthly budget reports from each department. Also, it would be best to reevaluate the utilization of county vehicles. These measures are anticipated to yield considerable cost savings and enhance resource management.
What are your views on tabulating election ballots by hand in Mohave County?
The idea that hand counting of ballots should be considered illegal is preposterous. I will engage with State Legislators to advocate for the practice of hand counting. Mohave County has an exceptional Elections Department, and this stance does not question its capabilities. I am determined to rally State Legislators in support of hand counting.
Help Marianne Win the 2024 Election!
